Get to
know me

Hey! I’m Isaiah—surfer, former swimmer, and proud Boricua. I’ve always believed that food carries stories, and coquito has been part of mine since childhood. Over time, making coquito for family, friends, and coworkers turned into something bigger: a way to share Puerto Rican culture, comfort, and love with the people around me.

What started as a personal way to recreate the tastes I missed turned into something much bigger. I began making coquito for friends and family during college, and their reactions made me realize I wasn’t the only one craving that authentic island sabor. Before long, this small-batch coquito business idea was born. With future plans to expand into Boricua cuisine, I figured coquito is the perfect way to get my name and brand out there.

I handcraft each batch with intention: creamy, balanced, and true to the island’s tradition. Whether you’re Puerto Rican and craving the real deal or trying coquito for the first time, I’m glad you’re here.

Gracias for supporting a local, Puerto Rican-owned business—and for helping keep these flavors and traditions alive. Buen Provecho!
